By Commissioning me, you are agreeing to these Terms

  • Please provide either a detailed, clear description, or clear high resolution reference pictures. This will help me make the commission to the best of my ability and I will not accept a commission without reference that I cannot easily work from.
  • I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, Including, but not limited to;
    • A subject I am not comfortable with drawing (such as NSFW art)
    • A subject I feel I would not be able to complete to the best of my ability
    • I already have a full queue/I am too busy to complete the commission you are requesting in a reasonable time frame
  • Work in progress photos will not be given unless asked for, or unless I have a question about your commission.
  • When I take commission I will do whatever I can to create it as you see fit, but please remember that you are commissioning me for my art, and therefore I will not draw in styles other then my own.
  • When the commission is complete, I will do a couple small changes for free (such as slight color changes/marking adjustments) Anything larger will incur a fee.
  • If you are looking for other styles of artwork, please find artists that are specialized in those styles!
  • Please allow me time to finish your commission. I will give you a completion time estimate when I accept the commission, but that does not mean that time is set in stone. If you wish to check in on the status of your commission, please message me! I would be happy to give you an update as to what stage I am at with your art. If I feel that your commission will take longer then the estimated time, I will reach out to you!

  • All commissions must all be paid in full upfront before I begin.
  • Payment is through Paypal Invoice only. When we work out the details of your commission, I will send you an invoice! Once that invoice is paid I will then add your commission to my queue.
  • Payment plans can be discussed if it is for a larger project and if I have done business with you prior.

  • I, the artist, have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
    • If I, the artist, cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund, regardless of what stage I am in your commission.
  • Cancellations by the commissioner are only allowed if I have not started the commission. If I have started the commission no full refunds allowed.
    • Partial refunds can be discussed depending on what stage I am with your commission.
    • If I am late stage with your commission, no refunds.
  • If you file a chargeback on paypal against me when your commission in progress or has been delivered, your right to the art I have made for you will be revoked and you will not allowed to purchase from me again.
    • This will also be followed by me filing a claim with paypal to reclaim the money that you owe.

  • You are free to alter the character design after purchase, but you are not allowed to alter the artwork that I have provided without permission.
    • If you change the design and would like the original design file altered, I can change it to your liking for an additional fee.
  • You may gift, trade, or sell any designs I have made as long as credit is given and you link them to my TOS.
    • You may resell a character design for no more then what you paid plus the cost of extra artwork you have commissioned from other artists. Please make sure you have permission from the other artists to resell the work you have received from them for the character design in question before adding the cost of their artwork to your characters pricing.
  • Character designs and adoptables are for NON COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. For commercial work, please contact me directly and we can discuss.
    • Character designs for commercial purposes will incur an additional fee.
